Policies and Forms
Due to the nature of the treatments we request 24 hours notice prior to rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. This is to allow us time to contact those patients who may be in urgent need of treatment and ensures that we can offer an efficient service to all of our patients at all times.
It will be necessary to charge a late cancellation fee should this policy be overlooked which may be part/full payment prior to rebooking your next appointment.
Receipts and MED 2 forms are issued at the end of the treatment to enable you to claim tax relief at 20%.
